Going to Alaska in 2 weeks

    Hello All, IM going to in Skagway, Ketchikan, and Juneau on a cruise in 2 weeks. I know there a few breweries but what about some good beer bars or local spots.

    I think Skagway has a brewery and I'm sure you can't miss it cause Skagway isn't exactly a metropolis. Alaskan has a tasting room/shop at the brewery in Juneau, sometimes they have one off kegs on draft.

    Not sure about good spots in Ketchikan, the cruise industry bought up pretty much all of downtown and have turned it into a giant gift shop.

    Do everyone a favor and don't buy that crap.

    I enjoyed The Bamboo Room in Haines as a place to drink. Be sure to visit the brewery on the fairgrounds, but it's pretty small as a place to drink.
