Going to be in Santa Cruz

    Title says it all, don't have much mobility, so dont say "go to San Jose/SF". I would just like recommendations for bottle shops in the Santa Cruz area.

    Any PDGA people in here, I will be up for the Steady Ed Masters Cup, so that gives you and idea of my area.

    This town is sort of lackluster when it comes to bottle shops, but 41st Avenue Liquor usually has a pretty decent selection. Besides that I would hit Bevmo on 41st as well as Whole Foods on Soquel. Those three seem to have the best selection in town. Burger. on Mission has a great tap list if you have time for that, around 50 or so rotating taps.

    AJs in Soquel has a growing selection, but the above poster is right that the town kinda sucks. What weekend is the memorial cup?

    Bottle shops? mm... mos' def the Whole Foods on Soquel, or the Newleaf on the Westside. Otherwise, as we say in SC- "we try hard" this is our motto.
