Good afternoon all. I am going to be in the Santa Barbara area this weekend and was wondering if a few locals could point me in the right direction of a good bottle shop or two. I'm not familiar with the area at all but we will be going to the Santa barbara zoo so I'm assuming we will be staying somewhere in the vicinity. Thank you for your help. Cheers

    Go to hollister brewing
Also can fill growlers to go
Great beer and variety of brews all made in house
    No guest taps

it's about a 40 min drive but you could head up to Buellton and go to Barrelworks (and the FW brewpub). worth the drive

barrelworks is only open on weekends and till 6 i'm pretty sure (check the hours)

this is the tap list this weekend

Hollister and Barrelworks are musts. Whole Foods off Upper State actually has a great tap list and as fine a bottle selection as anyplace else in the city.
