I got this recipe and ingredients to make something like a 60 minute.
I still do extracts so the recipe includes

    Steeping grains
    4oz Caramel 40L
    4oz Special roast

    9lb Light LME
    1 Whirfloc Tablet (15 min)

    1oz. Warrior (60 min)
1/4oz Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo (30 min)
1/4oz Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo (15 min)
1/4oz Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo (10 min)
1/4oz Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo (5 min)
1/4oz Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo (1 min)
1/4oz Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo (Dry hop 7 days in secondary)

I was going to spread out the hop addition more like every 5 minutes.

    What are your thoughts?

Looks like a good drinker. I like to keep my IPA's lower then 7% so I would cut my DME to 8#. Have fun.

This recipe shows it as being an ABV of 6.1%

The Simcoe is in all but the first hop addition.

I got it at my local brew store Cask and Kettle in Boonton, NJ. I also see that MidWest has it. Using pellet hops of course. Why? Was it unavailable for a bit?
