    Definitely check out Woodman's in Kenosha next time. They will have stuff there that you can't find in IL that probably fit your criteria, a few that come to mind are Epic Big Bad Baptist and any of the August Schell sours, also you can get Toppling Goliath PseudoSue at Tenuta's in Kenosha as well.
