going to PA....questions

1. Liquor stores are completely separate and state run. Beer/beverage stores are by themselves.
2. Due to recent PLCB clarification, they can now sell 12 packs as well.

This was true 10 years ago, but in the last 5 years a lot of the supermarkets have put in beer sections that comply with the state regulations (by serving food, etc.)

In the Philly suburbs, there are just as many places to buy 6 packs as regular beer stores.

 

I bought some in Lancaster.

 

From a beer store? When did this happen? Are these beers sold in the Philly area?
