The beer is currently on tap as the "from the wood" selection in the tasting room. I was told it's a blend of Blue Dot, peaches and cherries that is aged for two years in bourbor barrels. Cheers!
ah fuck, i was there earlier but didn't check out the taps. i did see barrels that said Cherry Pannepot and Cherry Michael, though. mmm eventual things.
DIPA aged in bourbon barrels does sound very good to me, but I guess I have never tried something like that
The beer was on tap, so carbonation wasn't an issue (in other words, carbonation was fine, on the off chance this was a serious question). And no, it does not taste much like a DIPA.
