am @ 500 north Michigan. looking for something in walking distance. any pro tips ?

saw the Public House nearby, but a quick glance at the draft list tells me I'm better off in my room with zombie dust.

    Clark Street Ale house.
It's one of the old guard for Chicago beer bars, and they have cask ale.

I'll be flying into Chicago on the 15th and spending a couple days between it and Milwaukee for work. On previous trips tp Chi I've found a great beer store in Fischman Liquors (last time there I picked up Pipeworks and Surly)......is there an even better store or perhaps beer bar with regional options on tap anyone can recommend.

Also, any Milwaukee advice? I know to be on the lookout for New Glarus and Central Waters.....anything else I wouldn't expect to see in the Philly/NYC scene?

    Thanks for the tips!
