Im not sure if this is really the correct place for this, if so please forgive me. But I have a couple of questions regarding this beer:

Basically from what I've read, it is a mild saison/mixed culture farmhouse, that is basically what one would describe as "ehh" which is quite alright.

My questions are as follows for the people local to GBC or that just know:
    1) How many batches have they done of this, or i guess a better question is: is it still accessible on shelves in the surrounding areas?
    2) Do they pasteurize this beer? Since it is supposedly a mixed culture, mild, boring farmhouse I am curious if it is something that they have allowed to stay alive.

Considering trading for a couple of these since my niece is named Isla, and while I know its will be a shit beer after 19 years, I figure it would be kinda cool if she got to try it with her mom and dad after she turns 21 even though it will undoubtably be godawful. I figure if its still live yeast, it may be less godawful than if it was pasteurized.

    Thanks guys!
