Hi there, Heading to Paris at the end of September and would love to find some good beer spots. I understand wine is their thing, but I figured I'd try and find some good beer while I'm there. Would love some recommendations! Thanks in advance! -mpak
Hello, Among other recommendations, I would suggest these: - La Cave à Bulles, bottleshop, Les Halles (right in the middle of Paris), specialized in French (good) stuff. The owner, Simon is the most knowledgeable guy about beer in Paris, ask him for some advices, you can also bring him something to share/trade, - Brewberry, bottleshop and bar, Latin quarter (students area). Quite expensive but worthy, - La Fine Mousse, bar and restaurant, near Oberkampf (trendy area). 30 taps with both places, food is excellent but a little bit pricy, - Les trois huit, bar, close from La Fine Mousse, small and cosy place, only 8 taps but the selection is always cleverly done, - Le triangle, restaurant, reachable by foot from La Fine Mousse, 8 taps, some bottles including very good ones from Quebec, amazing food, - L'Express de Lyon, bar, Gare de Lyon (very convenient for travelers), old style Parisian wise actually, rotating taps, friendly staff. There are other places too, just ask when you're there. Cheers,
