Good beer stores in Vermont?

    I am going on a New England roadtrip (will probably spend a good chunk of time in VT) and am looking for tips on any good places to pick up regional craft brews. My local Wegmans has a nice beer section, but I never see any New England varieties there really. I will be going through Burlington on the way out, and then Brattleboro on the way home.

    Also, suggest some good local beers please! (I don't prefer IPA's but anything else...)

    Brattleboro- the food co-op
    Manchester- Beverage Depot- pretty awesome selection
    Bennington- Beverage Deport- pretty good and the liquor store (don't know the name) across from the Price Chopper is pretty decent.

    Unfortunately the above two posts about cover all of them.

    Brewfest Beverage in Ludlow has a nice selection and they do growler fills .......

    Stowe Beverage is a pretty good spot. They get Heady Topper on Fridays and it sometimes lasts through the weekend, as it did for me last July!

    Quite a few places were getting HT last July and no longer get it (well actually they were going and getting it).
