what are some examples of good marketing with breweries nowadays? a few that come to mind

stone enjoy by, simple but it works
dark lord day, this is by far one of my favorites and i definitely hope to attend next year
lost abbey track set, not sure if this was a huge seller but as far as releasing something completely different i think its pretty awesome
duck duck gooze, last batch was 2009 right? i'd say that must get people pretty stoked when it comes out again years later

post up some other ones, or make one up that you think would be pretty clever

Narragansett does some really good marketing. Retro cans and packaging (Jaws), pin up calendar girls, using the history and heritage of the brand to their advantage, etc. Seems to have worked so far. Regardless of your opinions on the beer they make or have made for them by Genesee), they've' gone from being literally a dead brand in 2005, to the 50th ranked brewery in overall sales volume and production in 2012.

Sierra Nevada. Consistently good beer at competitive prices in attractive packaging available nationwide.
