Like others I'm buying them less often than I did a few years ago. Just too expensive. I do really like them for occasions/ holidays. Looking forward to sharing a couple of bottles of CC Good Gourd with dessert at thanksgiving for example.

My preferred option is always a 16oz can but as long as its good beer it doesn't really matter much. I try to stay away from Bombers due to price but - like others have mentioned some of my favorite brews only come in bombers so I bite the bullet. I do draw the line though if the price is over the top - under $10 is not an issue - if its something really good I'll go $12 - $16. I can't think of anything right now that I'd pay more than $16 for and the few times I have ( Brooklyn Intensified Coffee for example ) I badly regretted it.

Bombers and 16 oz cans all day broseph's! *crush* *crush* *flex*
In all seriousness, some of the beers Ienjoy only come in bomber or growler options, but lately I've been loving the 16oz can format. Also love the 1 pt .9 oz single bottle as well

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the bomber format but so many REALLY good beers come this way.

Life itself is in fact not livable without:
    Hop-D-Ranged
    Triple Simtra
    Hoparillo
    Hop Shortage
    RuinTen
    Double Bastard

All bombers only. All essential for survival.

I've probably purchased less than a handful in the last two years. I'm of the opinion there are so many good brews in 4pk/6pk that it's hard to justify paying for a beer that is "special". I know I'm missing out on some taste experiences and bragging rights, but I'm happy with having a few more bucks for a few more beers instead.

I don't buy them nearly as often as I used to, but I still pick up Hop Stoopid, Revolution's Hero series (Crystal, Citra, etc.) and the occasional FFF.

I typically only buy large format bottles when visiting breweries out of state. I find they make great Christmas presents for my father, brother, and other beer geek friends that I have. For some reason a bomber under the tree seems more elegant than a sixer... don't know why that is.

I like bombers and the 750ml size too. For me, i want to drink the rough equivalent of 2 beers....

Bombers are the least economical format; I stay away from them unless it's something very special.

At my local store I can get a 25 oz bottle of Boulevard Tank 7 for $8.49 or a 4-pack of 12 oz bottles for $10.49. Guess which one I'm buying?

I hate the price point of bombers like everyone else, and then I'll notice St. Bernardus Christmas ale on the shelf and realize I'll always have exceptions. I have slowed down on buying bombers in general though.

I can see the logic if you don't have a store nearby that sells singles. There are few things more annoying than being stuck with 5 beers I paid good money for and don't look forward to drinking. Luckily, I'm able to get just about any beer that comes in a six- or four-pack as a single at 2-3 different stores where I regularly shop.

I despise bombers almost as much as 500ml bottles, but there are too many good beers in them to avoid them regularly. That said, I can pretty comfortably avoid most year round beers in bombers.

I definitely prefer 4 or 6 packs, but sometimes I do enjoy sipping on a bomber of a big imperial stout all night.

I'll get a bomber only if I have to for a beer I REALLY want. To me, 12 oz. is perfect while 16 is OK.

If some of the beers that I adore or really want to try were offered in a more economical package, than there's no way in hell I'd buy another bomber (unless I get my lamp idea up and running...) but until then I see them as a necessary evil.

Special releases are typically in Bombers, have to do it. Especially Modern Times Monthly releases

I wish they sold bombers in 6-packs.

That would more closely align with my consumption

The only thing I like in large format are Belgians and sours because the larger the vessel the better it ages. Otherwise I'm all for 12oz format. I will say that bombers are good for shares and tastings though
