If it's something that I gotta have, and it only comes in a bomber, then I'll get it.

If it's the only format a beer is packaged in then I'm fine with them. Given the option of a smaller size, I'm probably going 12oz.

Where's that price? I've seen the box but at a more inflated price.

I've begun to favor 12 oz bottles when I can, but I have no issues with buying bombers. Much like others, most all of the beer I have is in bombers.

Why have bombers when breweries can start charging $5+/12oz bottle?

Not to be argumentative, but I drank a Parabola by myself last week. Now I feel bad.

For me, beer should always be served as a pint. 16 oz. bottles or cans are the best way to buy packaged brew. If I'm blindly buying something new, I always gravitate toward the pint cans. I do, however, agree that some great beers can only be seen in bombers. Too bad.

Lagunitas bombers at $4.59 are a steal. Besides that, I'm buying sixers

I'm one of those who actually prefers bombers. Drank of ton of Lagunitas High Westified, Port Anniversary and Port Hop 15 this year. One a day and done. And worth every penny. In fact the other beers I drink are all 4 paks. The only sixers I bought this year were Born Yesterday and Celebration. Yea it's amazing Lagunitas and Port can sell reasonably priced, readily available beer. If those above 3 were year round it's all I would need.

My wife doesn't drink very much, and I physically cant, so it's frustrating to find so many great beers in larger bottles... but if there's no other option, sometimes I'll just deal with it and pour some out :slight_frown:

So goodbye anything beyond a drinkable amount, unless sharing is my goal.

I consider bombers to be price gouging and don't participate anymore.

    I love bombers.

What I don't like is having to buy a 4 or 6-pack of 12 oz bottles. If I want to try a new beer, I don't want to buy 6 of them. But a bomber? Perfect. Gets me two good pours. If I have a choice between a bomber and two singles? I'll take the singles every time, but not all stores will let you cherry-pick from 4 and 6-packs.

Speaking of bombers, how about this 4-pack of bombers for $25... :grimacing: :sunglasses:

Those Zombie Dust Bombers for $3.25 are truly awful, just awful.... What a rip-off.

    Um yeah.... Death to Bombers....

Well, considering Zombie Dust just hit production in bombers, I'd say people will be consuming 22oz at a time for the foreseeable future
