A few mentions of Central Waters Peruvian Morning, but the hidden gem here is Central Waters Brewhouse Coffee Stout.

Coronado Blue Bridge Coffee Stout. Unlike some mentioned, this is a relatively thin stout with nothing but coffee flavor. It's not amazing, but completely coffee forward.

no one sending any love for bcbcs?
for a pure coffee flavor, I love 3 beans because the beer is lighter/cleaner, yet the coffee is rather pronounced. (I think it's because the beer is a bit hoppier than most stouts)
then, like everyone said, founders breakfast, beer geek breakfast, espresso yeti... but also jo mama (a coffee milk stout).
speedway is always king for me.

I agree with a lot mentioned, but Ipswich oatmeal stout is a fantastic beer and is very cheap. I have no idea how available it is, but WOW is it a nice beer. Plenty of coffee flavor and is only $9 a sixer.

Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout is nice and creamy, almost tastes like a milk stout.

Dark Horse Perkulator has the same coffee element as Bell's Java Stout, but I think it tastes better as a dopplebock than as a stout.

Bent River Uncommon Stout out of Moline, IL is a very good coffee infused brew. If it's on tap at any local eatery I'm at I'll have one after eating, like you would a cup of coffee.

If you're look for a very coffee-forward beer, Dark Horse Perkulator Doppelbock is the most coffee-forward beer I've ever had (and I've had a lot.) No other beer that I've had comes close....it literally tastes like carbonated coffee.
