2 years or so ago, a friend goes to Vermont. Gets me a 4 pack of Heady Topper. Excited because I had never had it at that point. Crack one...no hiss...flat as iced tea. Emailed Alchemist with my situation. They said they had a new canning machine and that was something they had experienced. One week later, four pack, Heady Topper Tshirt and some stickers. Boom...the best get better.

Bruery's Customer Service is top notch.
To be fair, if you're paying $35 for a high octane BA beer, the CS should be, but sending you comp beers when you report a tart flavor in a beer that's not supposed to have it is Grade A service to me.

For a long time I stopped drinking Sixpoint beers due to production issues. After a few back and forth emails after a thread on here, I received 3 separate sixers, a t-shirt, and some stickers in the mail.

    Cant beat that.

    Thanks Shane @Sixpoint.

    btw...hire me

At one bar around here when I come in the waitress and the bartender get together a flight of stuff they don't think I have had yet. Can't beat that.

Im not sure if this has been talked about but what are some of your guys experiences with great customer service from a brewery fixing an issue?

Today I picked up some bottles from Modern Times, and on my way home one of the bottles spewed out all of the carbonation. I emailed them, and within three minutes they emailed me back saying that they would replace the bottle, and buy me a pint on my next visit.

This was an awesome gesture from them, and was wondering of any great things breweries have done to fix problems, as well as negative ones.

I've never had bad CS from a brewery.

Now if we're talking bottle shops...

25+ years ago I checked into a hotel in Detroit standing 3rd in line. The 1st customer took a while because she had not made a reservation & she even used the "would you have a room for the President, well he is not coming" card. The guy before me took at least 15 minutes checking in as he was trying to get a reduced rate for a reason I have forgotten. The harassed young lady behind the counter turns to me and says "what the fuck do you want". Her eyes get huge 3 seconds after she makes her comment. She apologizes, checks me in & gives me a $10 voucher to be used at the bar. I went to the bar & for the first time in my life had an Anchor Steam & a Bells Brown. Thank You
