Went out to a place called World of Beer last night and tried some new beers. 16oz bottle. It had a hint of cinnamon. Almost reminded me a little of Goldschlager. But not as thick. This was 10% ABV. A Belgium beer. It was also different. Very good though. I tried three different beers. My 78 year old father in law hanging out with us and enjoying a black and tan. I've never seen that man drink alcohol. I asked him if he wanted a glass of milk. He said nope. I want a beer.
Actually Katy a suburb of Houston. I'm originally from San Jose California. Moved to Austin with a company that I can't even remember the name of anymore in 1994. Then moved to Houston in 1999. I'm done moving. They will bury me here.
Be careful, those Belgian beers get ahold of you and you'll be seeking more. Ask me how I know and let me know if you want some pointers!
Just like wine, good beer deserves a proper glass as well. You have a nice Pilsner glass there, but it's time for a goblet, tulip, snifter or some other such shape! https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/101/glassware/
