    I recently had El Segundo's Mayberry IPA. 100% Mosaic.
    Its really really good. If you have a Cali hookup, id recc. getting on it!

    I've been drinking a lot of Deschutes Fresh Squeezed lately... been great as the weather is warmer. It's a citra and mosaic IPA.

    Prairie's Potlatch is great and Mosaic exclusive!

    Also, Spiteful Brewing's Minnie the Moocher is excellent. I love Community's Mosaic too! I get a lot of peach notes out of that one!

    2XONE I enjoyed, Prairie Potlatch is awesome, but maybe not the perfect showcase for the hop itself. funky funky

    +1 to Rampant and Fresh Squeezed.

    Not an IPA, but Barrelhouse makes a great blond with mosaic hops called Poor Man's.

    As mentioned, Fat Head's IBUsive is the best I have had. Chillwave uses mostly Mosaic, I think. Not as big a fan of that beer.

    I know the word 'session' is a bad word in some parts, but I think Blue Points Mossaic IPA Session is wonderful.

    My understanding is Moasic comes from the Simcoe family of hops. Not a home brewer but I was thinking they were missing cousins to a large degree. I don't like either as a single blend, cat pissy I believe you call it.

    in addition to the recommendations in this thread, the 2014 version of Duvel Triple Hop is dry-hopped with Mosaic and may be easier to find. I really enjoyed it this year.
