I've got a student teacher headed to Hamilton once a week, and I'm wondering if I should start loading him up with growlers. Anyone have any experience? Any recommendations? I see some ratings, but it's a small sample size.
Hi Cold One, Being the owner/brewer this may not be my place, but just thought I would make some suggestions anyway. What styles do you like? We do make some nice dark beers. Our Brown ale is a big seller for us and has a lot of roasted flavor for a brown. Our IPA one best English Style IPA in NY at the Tap NY festival this year. Good people, very nice beers. BPA and IPA are two of my faves. Solera aged porter is also a winner. Have him grab a few, certainly isn't going to hurt anything. I've gotta make a trip to the taproom myself for a couple of bottles of the recently released Imperial Chocolate Stout.
