I'm gonna say that TrueBeer is hit-or-miss, depending on what you order, whereas everything* I've got from Libbey has been great.

I've got some great Libbey glassware:

...which is top-notch - you can order sets of 4 per style or a craft beer sampler (1 of each of 6 styles) - these are sturdy, feel right, flaw-free*, and sized appropriately for the beers you'd use them for (shown: flute, pilsener, weizen, tulip, and pint). You can get Libbey glassware easily from Amazon, Pier 1, and Kohls, etc.
*my stange glass (not pictured) randomly had a slight bend in the lip

I ordered a few from TrueBeer with mixed results:

The grand snifter (as they call it) - on the right - is fantastic - thick and sturdy - easily confused with the stuff from Libbey.
The tulip (or, Belgian beer glass, in their terminology), shaped like Duvel's proprietary glass, and the goblet, however, look okay but they are very dainty-feeling - the glass is thin and light, which I do not like. Their tulip is also notably smaller than the Duvel tulip it emulates...

...as well as being cheaper in feel due to the thin glass it is made of.
