    Greetings all, my wife has an unavoidable appointment in NE GA in a few weeks & I am going to tag along. We were hoping to find a good liquor store fairly close to I-85 / I-985 between Atlanta & Cornelia, or in the vicinity of Cornelia. Thanks!

    Edit: looking for locals. IPAs, Belgians, barrel aged stuff, ryes are our favorites.

    I’d recommend looking for a Total Wine, they have an excellent variety! I recommend Creature Comfort’s Tropacalia if you haven’t had it yet.

    Thanks, I do see there is one not far off our chosen path. If I can't find a smaller, local option I'll give it a swing.

    Check the dates the TW here are notorious for old hoppy beers on the shelf.

    I never buy IPAs without checking the date! Get burned once & it sticks with you.

    Ended up picking out two places at random: Mega Package Store & Hometown Spirits. Both had excellent selections & I could have spent a lot more money if I had more luggage space.
