Good Price for Allagash Confluence?

    Saw the April 2014 for !0.69/bottle today and grabbed one, should I go grab a couple more?

    If that is supposed to be 10.69 then yes. Where'd you see it that low? Allagash 750s normally run $18-20

    Yeah, normally it's 20ish. You are probably seeing that price because it's over a year old. Don't think this one holds up very well to age. The 2015 just came out a couple weeks ago.

    Fantastic fresh, not great with age IMO. If it's fresh buy as much as you will drink. If it's old I'd give one a go just to see how you feel about it and go from there.

    It was 10.69 at a package store in Wickford.

    If I saw Confluence at $10.69 I'd buy every one on the shelf.

    That is well below the stores cost, so they're losing money at that price. Most likely they didn't realize it was a 6-bottle case and priced it like a 12-bottle case (aka half price). If you like the store, let them know.
