    Come down to Tinley Park, IL and visit Hailstorm Brewing Co. and pick up some of their Fruitcake and Shame! It's a wonderfully tart dark sour with hints of cocoa, cinnamon and cardamom! Very good. It's like if fruitcake were good, and in beer form!

    I would think there should be more sours around now and it would be interesting to see what people are drinking. I like Ten Ninety Rancorous.

    Any of the Sour Series are great. Also check out the St. Dekkera (and variations).

    Just outside of Chicago, 18th Street is doing some really nice sours with their "Sour Note" project.
