I just got into this style of beer and I was wonder what good sours are available in the Chicago area. Something that isn't super rare and actually attainable.

Goose Island Juliet and Lolita still should pretty easy to obtain (roughly 17-21$ depending on location)

Rodenbach, Rodenbach Grand Cru, Bockor Bellegems Bruin, Bockor Cuvee de Jacobins, Petrus Aged Pale, Boon Gueuze, Monk's Cafe.

Hard to beat a $15-16 sixer of Rodenbach.

I wouldn't say anything from Jolly Pumpkin. They focus mainly on farmhouse-style ales. So not all of their offerings are "sour" but more funky. Those that are sour though, are some of my favorites: La Roja, Oro de Calabaza, Madrugada Obscura, Bier de Mars. There are a few others, but these are the most accessible (well, except for Bier de Mars which I do not believe has hit Chicago this year for some reason).

    Definitely +1 to this!

Also check out Boon Mariage Parfait Geuze and Cuvee Rene Geuze. They are reasonable, typically available, and very tasty!

Don't forget Hansenns Oude Gueuze, Oudbeitje Lambic, and Experimental Cassis and Raspberry. Seriously funky and sour and usually in stock at Binny's and WLVL.
