    Figured I'd circle back and mention that I finally gave Eliot Ness a shot, and it was a great call, so thanks to those that suggested it. Now off to track some others down!

    Just got hold of some Schell's FireBrick. I now also second that recommendation. Excellent stuff.

    I also recently tried Metropolitan Dynamo, and while I can see where it's well put together, it rides the edge of my Wall O Hop response in a way Eliot Ness and FireBrick don't. I'm not sure if it's the type of hops used, or a slightly lower gravity, or what it may be.
