I had figured on getting a bottle or two of BCBS given rumors we would see little or none in the state, but with six stops I wrangled a case. In one store, the manager would have sold me as much as I wanted because these releases are a major PITA to the staff that have to deal with endless phone calls, etc - and he wanted to just be done with it. While waiting, I also picked out some other new beers to try.

Anyone have the list of suggested retail prices for variants? Coffee here $14-16 and Northwoods $23-25. Must be some expensive blueberry juice.

Regular was like $10.50, Coffee was $15.99, Barleywine was $13.99, and Northwoods was $24.99. I also was shocked at the cost of the Northwoods, better be dam good berries. LOL
Least I got free sniffer glass they are selling for $25 on website so that is a little back I guess.

Always interesting to see who the haves and have nots are in terms of BCBS. In Missouri and Kansas we are fortunate to get small distribution of regular BCBS and other than in St Louis and rare occasions Kansas City, no one sees variants. We were in Wichita visiting family this year and hit the one store we knew from social media would have it. About 40 minutes from time hit parking lot to counter. One bottle per for $9.99. At least the weather was unseasonably warm and they were selling Epic's Big Bad Baptista and Triple Barrel as well. Epic does not distribute to Missouri so that was a treat.

We are fine with 2 this year. We have plenty of other great beer to enjoy. We are hearing there are kegs out this year so still hoping to drink BCBS 2017 on tap. Congratulations to those scoring big

West MI missed out completely on any variants this year. Even regular BCS was limited to 1 per person. We seem to have gotten shafted this year vs the last few years

They stated it was a distributor issue at 8 stores that I stopped/called.

Just got a flight of the line up on tap. And for only $15 too, including last year's stout. 5 in total.

People are going to be major disappointed with northwoods Given price. Its good, but it tastes exactly like someone dumped some cherry juice in my regular.

Coffee was a bit peppery but really nice.

I liked 16' regular and barleywine the best.

They're owned by the biggest brewery ownership group in the world, AbInBev. This is not some guy driving to KY and filling barrels in his garage Unless you're being facetious, in which case we'll played.

I'll never understand the hate with this beer. I get it's "evil" but it's so fucking good.

Meijer had some (regular) on the shelf $10.99 no limit. I grabbed one, haven't messed with it the past couple years after I got 3 infected bottles so we'll see what this year is all about.
