You can probably fabricate a roof and/or gutter system out of all those tubes for your new house. Or maybe you're going for a van down by the river scenario?

Well, regarding the cola variant, it seems GI has recently held some blind taste tests with consumers on a proposed reformulated cola variant for 2022. GI is claiming these consumers generally prefer the new version so it's likely we will see it this year.

Hey all. I'm coming to town next weekend and hoping to find Bourbon County and variants on tap. My current plan is to hit Fulton St. on Sunday. Is there anything I can get there that I can't get at Clybourn and vice versa? If you had to choose between the two for a single visit, what's the best option?

    Thanks in advance. Cheers!

If you need food, Clybourn is better (just not the same as it used to be). But Fulton is going to typically give you better draft options, plus their on site/to go bottle list is usually better.

If you go to Fulton, you can take a breather from stouts, and stroll around and get some random brews at great central, on tour, and district brew yards.

if you go to Clybourn, you can walk over to Binny’s, and then roll over to off color for some magical potions.

Both goose locations are pretty good about keeping their menus up-to-date on untappd and on toast tab.

Variants on tap will be limited at either location. I was there a week ago and Clybourn had regular and De Olla (I think) on tap, Fulton had regular and Cola on tap. That was all. However, the bottle list for on-site or to go will have most every variant from the last few years. Clearly you better come with a large group if you want to taste several variants and going with the full bottle sample size. BTW, I chose Fulton.

I much prefer Fulton. They don't serve food, but there are plenty of good options nearby for takeout that you can bring in. Better outdoor seating too. There are a lot of fun places in the Fulton Market neighborhood nearby.

Goose island getting into the NFT game and pairing it with some BCBS rewards. I'd honestly prefer it if they just opened it up as an expensive membership and not hiding behind the NFT aspect. I can't imagine at $500 a piece this will be that popular.

It will sell out- the ability to resell the rare perks will stoke nostalgia for the old BCBS release days were people would camp out to and bring mules to score a fat resale profit.
