    That is so fucking awesome that they have enough barrels they can pick from that they can create heavy flavor profiles, I wish this much attention went into the regular bcs. :/

    We had a Binny's brew day where a bunch of Binny's beer guys helped Goose Island fill barrels of some different Bourbon County variants, and of course we were sampling the "Cook County Stout" as we were filling barrels. If I remember correctly, it tasted pretty awesome.
