So I know this contains some "bugs" per the bottle and website, but does anyone have any insight if its just Brett, or if any bacteria (pedio or lacto) live in there as well - im sure it does? According to this video http://guyism.com/lifestyle/alcohol...o-barrel-aged-sour-sisters-gillian-halia.html it contains wild yeast from the skin of the fruit, but does anyone know of anything specific? Plan on some yeast wrangling with this one...
