If you go to Goose Island's website and then go to each brewpub you'll see their most current beer list. You should see some that that are brewpub only
The pubs have their own, separate program. It's not uncommon to see pub-only barrel-aged beers, especially around the holidays. Stuff that gets a wider release (not counting what the pubs bring to festivals) is done by the Fulton brewery.
And to finish the question, all the Bourbon County and sours (Juliet, etc) barrels are controlled by InBev, which you probably knew, but just adding for completeness.
So InBev must own the Goose Island name, as well as Fulton Street Brewing. What name does the Brewpub operate under when brewing for a festival or such?
Thanks for the excellent info. I was trying to explain some this to a friend and had to admit (rather hard for me) that I didn't know how the lines are drawn. My thanks again. Sláinte!
man I am often surprised that your guys beer knowledge extends to beer corporate structure. Simply impressive
And if you look hard enough, you'll see that the Clybourn brewpub is also known as Lincoln Park Brewery, Inc. Also, the Fulton beers are usually labeled as Goose Island Beer Co. while the brewpub stuff might show up as Goose Island Brewing Co.
