The Binny's in Lakeview will be hosting a Goose Island tasting this Friday, October 12th, from 5:30-7:30. And,yes, we will have over 20 cases of Bourbon County to sell. It will not be sold until after 5:30 and there is a 1 4pk limit. Good luck, we're all counting on you....
I guess I was more asking if it was a "Goose Island Event" (probably not free) ran by Binny's (the corporation) or a "Goose Island Tasting" (Probably free) ran by Binny's employees. Binny's south loop did a GI Event last winter and it was $10-20 to get in and there was a price on drinks as well
Ahhhh, I get what your saying..... being that it 28 hours away and were hearing about it first on BA and they aren't cracking uber rare stuff my guess is free but that's a guess. Either way, I live down the block so ill stop in for a bit and pick up a four pack for my buddies that failed.
Was this ever made public? My friend said he doesn't see it on GI website or Binny's, I'm on my phone and am too lazy to check myself. We'll be there at 6, just trying to get a feel for the crowd size.

Yes they made it, I was there around 6:30 and they were pouring. Also got some 3F Oude geuze off the shelf, Golden blend was in as well.
