I am very new to the sour and gose scene as I am traditionally a stout and porter drinker who dabbles on some lighter stuff in the warmer months. With that said, I sampled some of the Two Roads Tanker Series beers over the weekend and they were delicious! I was looking for more recommendations on gose or sour beers available in CT to try and expand my knowledge of this beer style. Cheers!

I enjoy the Tanker Series as well - thought both the plum and lime version we're really tasty and refreshing. My favorite gose from Two Roads is a collaboration with Evil Twin. I can't remember the name, but its brewed with seaweed and sea salt (and maybe rye).

Anderson Valley makes an excelkent gose that should be available through out CT. If you make your way north to MA, keep a lookout for Lost Nation's Gose or any goses from Grimm. If south to NY, Westbrook is available and makes excellent goses ( Grimm is distro'd in NY as well).

+1 to Anderson Valley, Evil Twin/Two Roads and Lost Nation if you can get it.

Kent falls has some good ones, but the format is pricey.

Off Color has some options, including some berlinerweisse (which is in the same ballpark).

I also highly recommend Avery Lilikoi Kepolo. It's a passion fruit Wit, but has the tartness level of a gose or Berliner due to the passion fruit....my favorite summer crusher.
