It already has, but it can be hard to find because it gets snapped up quickly. I know Princeton's had it and I was able to find some at the mega Haskells in Maple Grove. You'll probably have the best chance keeping an eye on social media. Good luck!
I look at every store I go into for this and still haven't found any. If anybody sees it in the west metro or mpls, can you bm me? Thanks!
I'm jealous sir. I want your Jester King Teku as well hehe. Let me know if you find any more in the SW metro
I had this at a tasting and several of us thought it tasted like lemon dish soap. Are my taste buds that far out of whack, or maybe we had a bad bottle? This beer seems to be universally highly-rated...maybe I need to give it another shot!
I would definitely give it another try, I love this beer and the reason it is gone a lot of local places is because of me
Haha! Nah man, I would definitely give it another go if you are still even a LITTLE curious about it. If you don't like it, you don't like it. What were you all trying before you got to that one? And how far into the tasting were you?
It was mostly sours and a few BA stouts in the lineup that night, but Gose Gone Wild was fairly early. Had Gozu right after and really enjoyed that one. Still, you're right, could have been an altered palate from previous beers. Given the chance i'll definitely try this one again.
Good luck, I've called no less than 15 stores in the west metro and haven't found anything else. If you're in the Maple Grove area, I would share one of my remaining bottles.
I wanted to give people a heads up that I don't have an exact case amounts for Gose Gone Wild in MN but from what I know there were very few cases that made it here. As a rough estimate somewhere around 1/3 as many cases as the very hard to find Black Note are in the market. We got some a few weeks ago at Heritage and had it around for two or three days but at this point I'd be surprised to see any on shelves as it pretty much all went to places that see a lot of craft beer traffic. The beer is amazing though and definitely worth seeking out even if it's through a trade.
