Curious to know if anyone is aging of one of these. Thanks.

I am right now. Had it fresh on draft at Westbrook back in May and then a bottle shortly after. It was incredible so I am sitting on my last bottle to see how the brett changes it.

Ran across some bottles of this highly rated offering the other day. Having no reason to expect poor storage, what would knowledgable BAs do with a couple bottles? Drink this summer? Try one and age? Being a relative novice, I'm looking for any knowledge/conjecture about how this beer will age. Am I already drinking a much different beer (hops) than all but the last couple BA reviews (2015)?

Seeing as how it's been over a year since this was released, I would say drink one right away and let us know how it is. Those of us who had it fresh can hopefully offer some comparison to how it was... I can't say for certain how it's tasting, but if I had to guess I'd say the lacto and salt will be significantly muted while the brett will have funkified considerably. I have one bottle left myself that I have been sitting on out of curiosity.

    Had it a month ago
Its extremely sour, in the best way possible.
Still tons of lacto. Like really juicy sour pineapple juice and lemon zest.
I have a bottle left and im not sure when to drink it...
