Got A Better Plug In-Thermostat

    I got a better Thermostat coming,I think I could put the other one I posted inside a refrigator or freezer but this one will work better as it has the probe!!

    Yup! A temperature probe (thermistor) is key!

    That's the brand I went with for my chest freezer and it has worked well! I've made a really nice Pilsner and am lagering a Doppelbock now. Also use it to cold crash and lagered a Cream Ale that came out fantastic.

    Edit: After looking it up I actually got this one which is a little cheaper on Amazon as it doesn't have the multiple settings for time of day.
