I was shopping for beer for this coming weekend and I noticed these beers with some dust on them which always intrigues me. I found 6 Gouden Carolus beers which after some research found out that they were all pretty highly rated. They are the Tripel, the Classic, the Hopsinjoor, the Ambrio, and the Red and Blue Keizer. All of them are from 2010 or earlier. The question is how do you think they have held up? I'm sure the Blue and Red Keizer probably have held up pretty well. What do you think about others?

The Classic, Tripel, and the Keizers would probably all be fine from 2010. If you haven't had them before, I'd recommend trying them fresh first (especially the Classic and Tripel). That said, the Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw is a standout in the cellaring department and its rarely a bad purchase when you see older bottles on the shelves.

I bought a 2008 Keizer blauw of a shelf a few months ago. I'd be willing to bet that it had been sitting on the shelf in the light for a while but it still tasted sublime. I can't speak for the others, but the blue is definitely an awesome beer and worth taking the chance if you ask me.
