Posting this in the New England thread, as I'm hoping to find a New England-area brewery to work with. Not selling anything, so I would think this would be permissible. Below is the email I've been sending to local breweries. If interested please reply here or contact me privately via DM.

I'm reaching out to offer my services and inquire whether you'd be interested in a free sustainability analysis for your business.

Based on my prior experience working as an assistant brewer at Boston Beer Works, and as part of my final course for my Masters in Sustainability at the Harvard Extension School, I would like to work with a brewery to analyze all aspects of their business and suggest potential sustainability improvements. This would entail an initial tour of the brewery and introduction to your business processes and models, with ongoing regular or semi-regular meetings to present data and work through potential questions.

There would be no cost to your business, nor a commitment to implementing any suggestions I would make; you are free to implement anything or nothing. My purpose would be to target areas/processes that you would like to make more sustainable. Things like water usage, waste disposal, and plastics minimization are good examples, but ideally I would look at areas you deem most important to your business.

The only commitment would be working with me over the course of my class, from roughly this October until next April.

If this sounds like something you would like to participate in, please let me know. I would be eternally grateful for the opportunity, and believe your business would benefit, as well.

    Thank you for your time,

I'd reach out to folks on social media as well to be honest. Good luck, sounds like an interesting study.
