Had a friend share this with e on Facebook. Should be showing up in Ohio Kroger stores from what I've been able to find. Anyone else hear of this? Any thoughts? Braxton seems to have really good reviews on their stouts, though I've never had one myself. Edit: Link to post here
Too bad Graeter's was doing a related ice cream to pair with the beer. Though a gimmick, it was fun to pair the New Belgium/Ben and Jerrys beer and ice cream collabs together.
The Braxton beers I've tried have all been in the "ok to good" range. None were mind blowing. As for this particular beer, given the ingredients, I assume it will taste similar to MadTree's Rubus Cacao, which I enjoy. I'll probably pick some up to give it a try.
Yea I am hoping this is maybe a little sweeter or more vanilla notes than Rubus Cacao - because that is already a great raspberry chocolate beer available in the area. I am hoping they are not too similar
