    Howdy,

A couple of friends and I are thinking of heading to Grand Forks for the day from Winnipeg to do some shopping (honestly, beer) and then bringing it back to Edmonton.

I've got the South Happy Harry's and the East Grand Forks Hugo's (Surly!) on the list for bottles. Then JL Beers/Rhombus Pizza for meals, and perhaps the Blue Moose in East Grand Forks.

Anything else I should consider? Thanks!

I've been to Brick and Barley once and it might be better than JL Beers...the locals would know better.

Parrot's Cay had some pretty good cajun like food and some decent craft last time I was there...kind of a dive of a place but I thought the food was good and the beer decent...

Other than that from what I know you have the main places figured out.

Not sure if there is a big difference between north and south Happy Harrys....north is the original..I usually hit both and haven't seen a big difference but it's been a year or so since I've been to town..
