Grand Rapids Beer Week

So, although not officially announced, it looks like Grand Rapids Beer Week will be the week leading up to the West Michigan Winter Beer Festival (Feb. 17-Feb 2rd). Thought it would be wise to keep track of what is planned.

Monday Feb 17:

The Score Ruins Grand Rapids Beer Week, 6PM
Sourced from Bell's website and looks like they'll have 28 taps with some rarities not seen outside the Eccentric Cafe

Tuesday Feb 18:

Bells Tap Feature at Buffalo Wild Wings Downtown, 6PM
Six beers will be on tap including Sparkling Ale, Amber Ale, Smitten Golden Rye, Hopslam (Double IPA), Sweet Potato Stout, and of course Two Hearted

Beer Dinner feat. Brewery Vivant, Derby Station

Wednesday Feb 19:

Bells Tap Feature at Last Chance Tavern, 6PM
The Last Chance is hosting 8 Bell's beers for Grand Rapids Beer Week. Come join us for a Two Hearted, Smitten, Hopslam, Rye Stout, Wheat Love and more! Cheers

Thursday Feb 20:

Bells Tap Feature at Derby Station, 6PM
Derby Station is celebrating Grand Rapids Beer Week with 9 beers on draft and 1 cask including favorites like Two Hearted and Smitten, and specialty releases like Sweet Potato Stout and Red Nose ESB! Join us at 6 p.m. for some pints! Cheers

Friday Feb 21:

5th annual WYCE Jammies
Bell's Brewery and WYCE presents the 15th annual WYCE Jammies on Friday, February 21st at The Intersection! The Jammies is an annual local music showcase and awards show hosted by WYCE Radio, Grand Rapids. Don't miss out on West Michigan's biggest night of music! There will also be plenty of Bell's beer on tap and plenty of Bell's swag floating around. Admission is free. Online voting goes through February 1st.

Agree, they had a Lefthand tap takeover a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised. 20-25 taps and vintage bottles. A bunch of LH beers I've never heard of.

 

@HopHeadHerman is Short's doing something at Pyramid Scheme this year? Haven't seen any deets yet. Looking forward to Logan's Alley.
