Grapefruit Heavy IPAs

    ...was interested in this thread until I saw half of it was shit.

    Stochasticity had very subtle notes of grapefruit throughout which was what I had hoped for. Not big on fruit flavors when they come through real thick (unless bourbon is involved lol).

    Try Columbus Brewing IPA. FFF has it too.

    Umm...I think in your haste to take offense you missed two concepts suggested in my post:
    1. It was humorous, not a serious slam;
    2. There's no reason to apologize on this website for expressing your opinions. It's about beer, not politics or religion. And enjoying beer is all about opinions.

    I might also add that if you're easily offended, this is a bad site to be posting on. You'll get trolled in a heartbeat.

    Except the vast majority of the IPAs mentioned in this thread have no other ingredients other than malt, water, yeast, and hops.

    One of the few exceptions being Stochasticity Grapefruit Slam IPA, which does have dried grapefruit peel added at some point.

    Pretty sure everyone in the thread is talking about beer that tastes like beer. Just trying to describe the taste of hops by comparison. Not "flavored"
