Grapefruit Sculpin - What am I missing?

    I have not had *fresh* plain ole' Sculpin yet... The bottle my buddy gave me had some age on it, so I really need to pick up some more when I see it fresh. I have had fresh Grapefruit though, I was a little disappointed. Its good, but not as good as reviews have led me to suspect. I would like to try a fresh can version if it next (both versions). Habenero I just had a few days ago and it was just plain weird.

    It's kind of like Not Your Fathers Root Beer, if I wanted grapefruit juice or root beer I would be drinking those.

    I've had GF sculpin a few times and i'm over it. It doen't taste as good as a really fresh regular sculpin. A super fresh sculpin is fuckin fantastic.

    Anyone could start a thread like this about any beer. And it's pointless. You don't like it X beer. Other's do. It's OK. You don't need to get it. We all have different palates. Drink what you like. Move on.
