I loved the Trois Dames L'Amoureuse No. 2 Rouge until it was gone. (Brewed with Pinot Noir)

The Lost Abbey brews a dubble with raisins called Lost and Found Ale. I bought it out of curiosity and fell in love with it. Haven't been able to find it in quite a while though.

Noble Rot is nothing like Midas Touch at all. I too don't care for MT a great deal but I can tell you the two are very different. NR really is like a champagne beer.

    Cheers!

Viognier is a great grape for beer. And red wine. And white wine. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, viognier.

No mention yet of Allagash Victor, or Victoria, both excellent concoctions. Cheers for the night BA'ers

I can see that. I can't really think of any pairings that would have saved Amuste or Midas Touch for me, but good point.

I loved Mikkeller Nelson Sauvin Brut! It's wine barrel aged rather than brewed with grapes though so I didn't count it.

I second this. Midas Touch is alright, but I enjoyed Noble Rot.
