Grassroots Arctic Soiree

Soirée was released in ak in December. Grassroots Anchorage arctic saison batch 2 was released last month. So maybe you'll see that one down the line.

 

Any of the Anchorage/ Grassroots beers that get brewed by Anchorage will be distro'd to their usual spots. Maine got some as well. It's a great summer saison.

 

I had one in my hands at Yankee in Sturbridge but then put it down...how is it? I loved the Arctic Saison

 

I had mine last night, it was good not amazing...not as good as brother soinge

 

There's something really weird about about the nose on this beer, think gym socks soaked in grapefruit juice. Maybe a bad bottle? Had one at a tasting with some friends and we all agreed it was unpleasant-smelling.

 

Loved loved lovvvvvvved Arctic Saison as well. I still grabbed a Soiree but haven't popped it yet. Not expecting the same awesomeness.

 

Honestly, I think it's better than Arctic Saison. The hibiscus and lime make it a perfect summer saison, really refreshing and complex.

 

My only problem with it was how ridiculously light in body it was. Like Berliner weisse light.

 

Anyone seen this in western MA?
