So, I know Grassroots Brewing is a subsidiary of Hill Farmstead. Does anyone have any other information about it. I've had some of their stuff and I love it but I just don't much about it.
I believe it's mainly any colaboration Shaun does in which he doesn't want to use the HF name for. I'm sure he'll weigh in on the matter with the facts though.
Saw in a recent interview that it's basically a "pen-name" for HF, and not necessarily just for collaborations.
Some collaborations...but then again, maybe not. Your best bet is to seek it out and uncover the mystery yourself.
