GraysLake, IL Craft Beer Fest

I'm going this year (since I'll be out of town for the Tighthead fest next weekend) and I'm hoping they've made some adjustments. The brewery list can be found on the fest's site: http://www.grayslakebeerfest.com/

 

Scorched Earth is bringing Exiled Angel (Belgian Golden Strong), Hickster (Cream Ale), and probably one other beer.

 

Hey Mychal, when is some of that stuff in the barrels going to make a showing? Bro?

 

We ordered a new tank to blend the batches in, for some reason the current tanks that we had were "too large" (not sure of the exact details of what "too large" means but that's the explanation I got) so whenever that new tank arrives I believe you should start seeing the barrel stuff, depending on what is actually ready. From what I've heard the raspberry saison should be close to ready. Also we recently got barrels of 5 different Koval spirits so you should see some of those getting filled very soon (if they aren't already). I'll try to get more info this weekend as I probably talk to the guys in charge the least out of anyone.
