Heard 10 cases went West, 10 cases went East, and 10 cases went to Texas, the rest are in/around Denver I presume?

Stopped into the brewery and they aren't selling it yet. Said either this weekend or Monday. They wanted to get it in the stores here first. The guy wasn't sure of the price there, said between $27-35. Big price difference. And the stores look to be between $25-28

BA Yeti was $30 even at the tap room. I paid $28 in most stores for it. God that was a fine beer.

Gonna crack one of these tonight and see what's what.

Pretty sure I saw Jim Koch in Mr. B's this morning, anyone know why he was here? I know he visits around GABF & Denver's Oktoberfest.

He was visiting me after I posted a bad review about one of his beers. I have to say he certainly provides great customer service.

Good thing Tomme Arthur doesn't do that, guy would be racking up some SERIOUS frequent flier miles....

He was on KOA this AM talking about Boston Beer helping to provide loans to upstart breweries and other food and beverage businesses. I think there was an event of some sort where he spoke.

I've found a few 2011 parabolas here and there over the past six weeks, but it's gone for the most part. Sounds like the next batch will arrive in May

I asked b/c I thought I saw some as well. I've never had it. I realize it's rated high, but their Velvet Merlin is rated well too, and I don't care for it. I would never recommend it. Guess I'll have to give the Parabola a go.

Parabola is a top 100 barrel aged beer. Velvet Merlin is decent oatmeal stout. I love Frirestone Walker. Parabola is freakin amazing! Like comparing BA Yeti to Collette.

Had 1 of my 3 bottles of BA Yeti at a tasting a month or so back and it was amazing. Must be a small batch of the release because many others had no issues.
