Has anyone tried aging this? My local shop has plenty still available and was thinking of picking up a four pack to age....thoughts?

Go for it if you like it and want to see how it changes. I would grab some to age if I actually liked that beer (too ashy for me).

It tasted like asparagus to me, not a huge fan, got the other 3 in the cellar I figure they can't get much worse (for me anyway)

I just had one with a few months on it and could already tell a difference. Less heat. Go for it.

I think it's one of the great stouts out there, esp. with a year on it.
