Sorry, been a busy week. I was gonna post a few details here yesterday but the staff and I started drinking OMJ off the tank. Went downhill from there. At 9% you can see how that goes. Really happy with this one. No growlers. Just draft. Brewery tapping first keg tomorrow at 4PM and local accounts will starting tapping on Friday.

Draft only, no growlers or bottles. On tap at the brewery and at the usual places around town: Rotolos, Whats on Tap, Twisted Root, and probably some others too those are just the ones I'm sure are tapping it. Let me know what y'all think, I haven't had it yet but I'm gonna try to get by there next time I'm off.

Grace and Grit Release

Grace and Grit Double IPA is making it's return on Thursday, 2/5 at the brewery tasting room. Bottles and kegs will hit retail that week as well. Come by for a pint and take a bottle home with you.

I can't wait for some fresh Grace and Grit! @AndrewNations are these going to be in 750ml bottles?

Yeah it does. Our designer needs to redo that and AMT. Which we plan to brew Monday btw.

 

I like this because based on observations the glass costs a lot more than a 22oz bomber which unnecessarily drives up the prices. Either that or Nebraska Brewing Co will sell a congac barrel aged stout for almost half the price of the bourbon barrel version.

Also, will the barrel aged version of OMJ be bottled or draft only? If draft only is there a place where I can bring in a bottle to do a side by side comparison of beers aged in PVW barrels? the other bottle rhymes with schmeclipse schmasterpiece.

and seriously, does anyone need some shippers??

 

Non-BA is draft only. I plan on saving a few kegs so we can do side by sides in the tasting room once the BA version comes out. The BA stuff will be bottled. We are wrapping up designs this week but don't anticipate bottling for several more months.

Eclipse BA stuff is unreal. King Henry, Sucaba etc are great but not on the same level...To me at least....<flashback to my trading days><sigh>

 

are those 12 bottle styro shippers? if so I'd like one or two please

 

yes they are and I'm letting them go for the low low price of free. BM me and we can set up a meeting.

 

Me too! I hope it's a case limit, I got people all over wanting some, plus I need to get my fix!

 

Six bottle limit for now. Maybe more later in the year when we brew multiple batches.
