Saw a tweet a bit ago that Four firkins has these in, and im sure others do as well. There isnt a huge abundance of rye beers in our area, so im excited to give it a try. Ive probably bought more 4 pks of Redband Stout over the past six months then any other beer. Really, really good, even more so for 6.99. Their Pale Ale wasnt too bad either. Looks like they have an IPA and Brown ale that they can as well, although i have not seen or heard of those in the metro.
Thanks for the tip! Ditto on the ryes, it's an underrepresented style around here, if this is a year-round great, if it's a seasonal, great! I'll definitely be picking some up.
Where are people finding this one? The only places I've heard of having it thus far is Princeton's and Four Firkins. Was hoping to find it further south.
Grabbed a four pack at Blue Max and am drinking one now. Very impressive Rye IPA or Rye DIPA as it is 9%. I would say dangerously drinkable considering the ABV.
I liked it as well, not quite as rye forward as i would prefer, but still very good. Nice buy for 9.99
